I have added a forum/website promotion section to the Mobile News forums, you can advertise your forum or website and exchange banners with other members. I'ts not as grand or as comprehensive as ForumPromotion but it will give you another outlet to advertise your site to the world.

have you given the new section it's own permissions yet? or sopied them from another section.

If a section / forum hasn't been assigned permissions, it will not display on the index page - which seems to be the case at the moment ~confuse~
