"Forum ad post" has 0 global monthly searches according to the Google keyword tool.
The domain has age, which adds to the value, but absolutely no keyword searches. 🙁
That in itself is a huge blow to the value of the domain. If no one searches it means you'll have to promote it like heck...just as you would a new website, so the domain having age is of no help to the promotion of the website. Therefore the domain is worthless (to me). Sorry Fergal. 🙁

I'm not sure that I see your point Quiver, I only asked $4 or 1,000 FP for the domain. I'm pretty sure that there were zero global searches for "Rat Hosting", but that doesn't mean that the domain is worthless. If a domain name is "brandable" it has value, even it doesn't currently have any searches.

Based on your logic, "internetsearchengine.com" would have been a more valuable domain than "google.com", which is obviously not the case.
