First Impressions - (Out of 20)
Well on the whole the first impressions are quite good. However there are a couple issues. Where you report abuse, the bar overruns into the blue and it doesn't look very professional. Also I don't really like the banner, I think it should have a light blue colour scheme rather then a dark blue colour scheme. Also another thing I would say is the lightish blue and dark blue don't go very well in the forum names and you struggle to see the bottom of the text for the forum names. Another thing I would say that a domain would definitely make your site look more professional and also you should really make your forum icons all the same size, the sizes of the icons are different and it does look quite strange. Also it looks strange having an icon for every section, but you don't have an icon for the exchange section. You should get one. On the positive side, I like the template you are using and also the favicon is quite nice. It's great that you have a decent template because in my opinion that is the key to a good first impression, so that has definitely bumped your marks up a lot despite a lot of improvements suggested in this section.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Well actually I don't really have anything that bad to say about your layout. I think everything is quite well organised and I don't think any forums need moving. If I had one suggestion, I would move the introduction forums up to the top of the forum rather then have it at the bottom. Generally though you have a decent layout and the site has an excellent navigation menu.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
Well you have been open for only a month and a week and you already have 7000+ posts and 70 members. That's over 100 posts for every member which is a brilliant post to member ratio, and furthermore a lot of the 70 members have been active in the last few days. It's no good having 200 members if only 15 are active, so I don't think I should deduct marks for a slightly low member count, because you have a great active member base. What makes your achievements more impressive is that your forum is specifically for Forumotion users (that has changed a little, I know) and I would say the amount of people using Forumotion is not a huge amount. You have done brilliantly, over 200 posts a day and you should be proud of your forum's stats.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Well there are both some positive and negative things about your staff moderation. I'll start with the positives. You are the only admin and I think only one admin is needed. Also you have two global moderators and I would say that is once again the right amount. Another positive is that they are both active. It's not all positive though. You have 4 moderators which seems too many. And looking at the who was here list only 3 of them are active. Having a look at the other groups you have 2 graphics staff, 1 reviewer and no package staff. I think you've done well recruiting graphics staff, but you do need more reviewers and you really need package staff so that you can offer decent services for both. Any service forum will struggle if their is a lack of service staff. To summarise overall staff moderation isn't a huge issue, you are overstaffed in the moderation area and you need more package/review staff but I appreciate how difficult it can be to find staff in those areas.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
Well this is an area with no real issues. I can't see any mistakes on the index page which is what is important, and I don't really judge on posts because it's unfair to expect all your members to have good spelling/grammar. Full marks.

Final Remarks: I am extremely impressed by your site on the whole, the amount of activity you have generated is nothing short of brilliant and overall I think this site could definitely make it as a very big forum.
What was most liked about the website/forums: The insane amount of activity was definitely the most impressive part of your forum, especially bearing in mind the original theme of the forum was Forumotion forums only.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: I can't say I was a big fan of the banner and also I did think it was strange that you have forum icons that are different sizes.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I would have joined anyway to promote my site so you already achieved this objective.
