First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)

First off, the pop up is very annoying and as a guest I'd X out right away. No pop ups. That's a real deterrent for me.
Other than that, the appearance is great Your board layout is excellent. You only lose points because of that annoying registration popup.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

I don't see that much of a problem, other than your " ForumMansion-Related " board. I would rename it more like " Suggestions/Feedback " or something along those lines. It's a little too generic with " ForumMansion-Related ".

A problem I have is that little navigation bar on the side, it doesn't match your theme at all honestly and it doesn't fit with your site. There's no real need for it.

The rest of your layout is excellent, but I am really concerned with the Trash Can at the bottom. Regular users have no need to view deleted threads. Leave it to admins and mods only.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

Your site was founded in April I'm going to say around there, and you've got 267 users and 27000 posts. That's amazing. You're doing great.

Only thing I can suggest for activity is an actual domain name and real hosting. You should be able to afford this with the ad-revenue you've pulled in from your site.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

Two words: Too many.

You've got too many staff positions, and they're confusing. Administrators are needed, but " Universal Team " ? That doesn't make any sense. You should call this simply " Global Moderators " or something. Universal team is confusing.

I'm not understanding what this " moderators " group is for either, I would delete it and move those members into your Universal team, which would become Global Moderators if you take my advise.

You've got 5 graphics team members, and 2 package members. That's not so good either. You should really stop hiring for now on any team other than your packages.

Final Remarks:

I don't see that many problems. Your site doing great. I can suggest three main things here:
1) Drop that popup
2) Get a real domain and a real host. You're not going to do that good without either of these things. Being hosted on a free forum site isn't that good.
3) Stop hiring staff other than packages team, and cut down on your staff groups.

What was most liked about the website/forums:

The activity, the abundance of great services, and the great theme.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:

The amount of staff titles, and the pop up, and the fact it's hosted on a free forum.

There's several things I want to debate over before I officially rate my review:

That pop-up is one of our services, and it shows guests that that's one of our unique services they can request. It's not a normal 'login' or 'register' pop-up message.

First of all, it's basically the same thing as 'Global Moderation.' It's just a unique version of 'Global Moderation.' Second of all, it's recommended to research what that team's job is on the forum. The Universal team doesn't only have a unique name, but it's name fits right into place of what the job of that team is for; and that team's job is to assist in almost all of the services and moderate the entire forum (hence 'universal'.)

The Moderation team differs completely from the Universal team because the Moderator's job is to just take care of the forum and moderate. The Universal team is basically like a back-up for the administration. Each team has their own job and their own generalities.

There's nothing really bad about having more members on one team than the other. We have more graphics that are requested than packages, and that's why we have more graphics team. By the way, it's not the administration's job to add new staff unless in the Administration group- it's the team leader's job.




ForuMansion's 'Login Ads'
Considering that the Login Ads service is mistaked for a pop-up login message, I'd just like to say that it's one of our services that is actually increasing our forum's standards. Members realize that guests, registering users, and logging-in members would see those members' ads in the Login Ads feature since it's a pop-up message. The guests would think that the Login Ads feature is a good service, and would register to request it. Also considering that it's temporarily free (no post requirements or Credits needed to request), they'd register to just request that.
 
Whoa! LOL! Rok, it's ok. I undertsand your reasoning to explain. But, you have to accept a review for what it is. YOU may understand why you have everything the way you do, cause it's your forum. But you have to accept an outsider's opinion, as well. 😉
