First Impressions
[note]========== BEGIN - First Impressions ==========[/note]
The name "Forum Dynamic" leaves an unclear picture in my head when I first see it. It brings curiosity on what exactly your forum is about. It makes me want to at least glance at your forum to gage my general interest base upon your forum subject.
When I first stumble-upon Forum Dynamic I am greeted by a nice soft, purple and white theme. I haven't seen this theme used ever before. It sets a very good, colorful first impression to a first time viewer. Your theme really makes an effort to draw me into your forum and make me look around.
Your welcome message looks very good. The message you display places a quick, clear picture in my head of exactly what your forum is about as well as if I would be interested in the topic.

Design Quality
[note]========== BEGIN - Design Quality ==========[/note]
Your design looks very good. The purple, white and blue work very well together. I like the uniqueness of the theme. It's exclusive to your forum and looks very good for your specific forum's genre.
Your category names are misaligned. They should be moved further to the left to be on the left edge of your theme.
See what I'm saying? Your category descriptions should align with the left corner of your theme. Right now they just look like they're floating somewhere in the middle.
Your logo is really plain. Your theme is really colorful, you need a logo with more color. A logo should blend in with your theme. Your's really stands out against your theme because it's dark against your light background. You need to make a logo that looks more in line with your theme.

Site Statistics
[note]========== BEGIN - Site Statistics ==========[/note]
Your site Statistics are good. Unfortunately, none of your sections have been posted in much recently. It looks like you started out really strong and were getting tons of posts, then it died off. You need to find out exactly why this happened. Did staff members go inactive? Did some members suddenly leave? You need to get to the bottom of exactly why your forum has suddenly gone fairly inactive.
You need to get more activity in your core sections. Your "Red Carpet" section has 460 posts, your "Community Pub" section has 476 posts. Both of those are non core sections. You need to focus more on sections like "Design Discussions" because that's more of what your forum is based upon.

Staff Professionalism
[note]========== BEGIN - Staff Professionalism ==========[/note]
You currently have 4 admins, 2 moderators, 1 design panel and 1 adviser. This is a awful lot of staff members for a forum of your size. However, all of them are staying active and posting regularly. Your admins especially are posting a ton on the forum. As long as all of your staff members can stay active and they aren't tripping over each other, you will have a very good "lead by example" staff team.
Your announcements are written very well. I couldn't find very many grammatical error in them. The few grammatical error I found were very small. Great job keeping a professional staff!

Originality
[note]========== BEGIN - Originality ==========[/note]
I like how you do classes for design with professionals, free of charge. I haven't ever seen a forum ever do something like that. It's a very unique, marketable idea to gain members that don't know anything about design. You could very easily market your forum to offer free design classes and gain members who want to learn. Great job!

Site Structure
[note]========== BEGIN - Site Structure ==========[/note]
Your forum takes way too much scrolling to get top to bottom. You should make the bottom navigation bar smaller. If you did that, a member can go up and down your forum index quicker.
This little bar looks really out of place.
It just says "Forum Dynamic." It isn't really benefiting you at all right now and just cuts through your index page. You should remove it. Removing it would also help reduce your index scrolling.
Right now you have a lot of unnecessary archives. You really don't have the activity to warrant 5 different archives at this time. I would recommend you use 1 archive sub-forum per category. Right now you're not using many of the archives. This would also help reduce some of your sub-forum clutter.
You currently have two different Statistics bars. One on the top and one on the bottom. You really need one. I would suggest removing the statistics bar at the top. This would also help reduce the top to bottom scrolling time.

Grammar & Spelling

I have looked over your descriptions for spelling and grammatical errors. Unfortunately, I don't see anything that is incorrect within the descriptions. I don't really have anything to say except to mark this with a "Excellent" rating. Great job taking your time to ensure that everything is spelled correctly!

Final Remarks
I really like Forum Dynamic. The idea of design classes, discussion and webmaster talk all put together seems like a very cool idea for a forum. If you can fix a few bugs I mentioned, raise activity and reduce top to bottom scrolling time, you should have no problems finding members for your forum. Good luck!
