Your forums skin and banner are quite plain and that is not good considering how many forums use that same skin. ~eeeek~

I would suggest finding way's to make the forum stick out from other forums with the same subject.

There must be a great support draft in the forum,if your admin Dallas!
I do think your Banner is pretty nice,but add a little "Umph" to it.
The theme is pretty nice but I'm not a fan of white themes anyway,So I won't say anything there 😛
Fill up some of the sections please,it looks empty.

Otherwise,it looks like it will be a great forum!
I would say change the banner,and possibly add a portal or homepage and a section explaining what you offer similar to my site.
