First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)

First thing that throws me off, immediately, is the added empty space up above the banner. You can see where the leaves get cut off, and there's about 300 pixels of empty space up above; just had to point that out, cause it's the first noticeable thing upon arrival. It's a good banner; but i don't understand what scattered leaves has to do with the theme.

The skin is quite appealing, though it feels basic. It does send off a good vibe for the forum. I'm usually not fond of all white skins, but you use the right touch of shades that really make it easy on the eyes.

Really don't know these haven't been tweaked up on, but your New/Old posts icons, are most likely default, and they really don't seem to stand out, as original. They do work, serving their purpose, but I'd see about having some custom ones made.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

I'll make this short and sweet. The layout here is 100% excellent. From top to bottom. And, even though each package guideline should be made into a topic, alone, I'm sure it's useful to have them in the Board description as well, so members know exactly what they can request in each package service.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

For only 3 weeks, you've really done quite well. Seems fitting, especially what service your forum provides. You're total active members list is also pretty decent, and seems you got members coming back for more, checking in periodically.

The fact that each package has a different waiting period, seemed like a good choice, from what i seen, a week added the larger the package was. Nice touch, on that.

Only thing that concerns me, is that your busiest section, is the Off-Topic board, with over 30% of the forum's total post count; which acts as an easy post count getter for your services. You've got staff, and members, all involved with forum's. Try and make more topics for them to discuss in the Admin Swim section, and get that section more active.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

Staff seem to be accurately legit, in numbers. 2 admins, and current;ly 2 package staff; which I'm sure the admins also help support on, so these numbers seem pretty good. but may not be a bad thing to get 1 or 2 more active package service team members. Seems your 2 biggest services are offline, and that's going to turn some of your top posters away.

But, seems that I have noticed, that in almost a week, a member's request hasn't been replied to. Even though it is in the closed section; they should still be told the service is offline, and requet a different package.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

Here's another strong point. Was really impressed at how well each Board description was layed out, and very well explained. Nothing repetitive, or quickly typed up just to get the forum together, in a hurry.

Only few spelling issues, was in Admin Swin "trails and tribulations" ... trials is mispelled.

And, the entertainment section's desciption, is one huge run-on sentence. "Music and musical instruments, video games, consoles and their accessories, movies, videos, and other motion picture. Grab some popcorn and enjoy the entertainment discussions area." Alot of people think adding a bunch of commas solve this, but not always the case.

Try this. Discuss Music and their instruments. Video games, consoles, and their accessories. Along with Movies, television, and other motion pictures. Grab some popcorn and enjoy the entertainment discussions area.

Final Remarks:

What was most liked about the website/forums:

The Board layout. everything was well organized, and each section seemed to pop out, and easily recognizable.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:

The 2 biggest services were offline. This will affect your forum's bigger posters, in the long run. They may feel cheated, or mislead, and not return.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?

I, personally, don't use package services; but i really like what you have going on. I'd prefer more discussions on foruming; cause I like to get involved with those discussions. See about getting the forum more "Admin" friendly, and I might try and check it out for myself.
