Appearance and Style - (Out of 20)
Your blog is really nice. It's a lot different than most blogs, which is not a bad thing at all. It makes it unique. I like the concept. The theme is very nice. It's simplistic, and focuses on the content. As you most likely know, what users want is content. It's nice to have a pretty site, but if nothing is there, or your content is hard to get there, it's useless. Thankfully, your blog is a mix of beauty and functionality. Your icons aren't jagged. Your text is easy to read (though I'm not a huge fan of gray-on-white.) Your About page is simplistic, but really nice looking. I also appreciate you having a favicon. That's good for those who choose to add your site as a favorite.

Blog Layout and Categorization - (Out of 20)
Your layout is nice. You have a clearly visible RSS feed element, which is good for users of services like Google Reader. I also appreciate the "Most Popular" box, because that's probably what people are going to want to see. I like the tag cloud, but it doesn't match up well. Perhaps you could modify the layout so it's in a white box like the two boxes next to it. It would blend in more. The actual layout of posts is really neat. It's not the traditional one post per line, scroll down, type thing. It's a more original block system. I really like that, and it works well on your blog. As far as categorization, you sort of lack there. You've got most popular and newest, but that's about it. I think you should add categories like "Gaming Ranks", "Light Ranks", "Dark Ranks", etc. You get the idea. Tags help, but they're not as effective, you know?

Commenting Activity and Other Interactions - (Out of 20)
Your blog takes user contribution way beyond comments. People can contribute images for download. That's really an innovative system for a blog. It's a network of users helping users. I think your blog will be more successful because of that. Anybody can be a contributor, which opens your blog up beyond reading. Also, of course you've got people commenting. I see by your stats that people seem to be regularly contributing. Hopefully those who choose to download from your blog also decide to contribute. That's what would make your blog really take off.

Quality and Frequency of Posts - (Out of 20)
The people that submit to your blog are VERY talented. I looked through the 9 rank pages, and they were absolutely gorgeous image sets. I mean, if I start up a forum again, this is where I will go for rank images. I could not find a single post that I would consider bad. Sure, there were a few sets that weren't great, but they weren't bad. It seems you've got new posts every couple days, which is perfect, if you can keep that up. I have nothing but praise for the quality and frequency of your posts.

Spelling/Grammar - (Out of 20)
This is a bit harder because, well, most of your content isn't spelling and grammar. That's alright though! You do have some static text pages, so I'll point out any errors in those.
On your FAQ page, the answer to this question is not only a run-on sentence, but spells "rank" wrong. Here's how it is now:
"Question: I downloaded forum rank buttons, but how do I open them?
Answer: When you download the ran buttons you will download a .zip file. What you have to do is either download Winrar or Winzip. Once you downloaded either of them you will be able to double click on the .zip file and Winrar or Winzip will extract that file and you will see a folder with all the buttons in that folder along with the PSD file."
This is what is should be:
"Question: I downloaded forum rank buttons, but how do I open them?

Once you download either of them, you will be able to double click on the .zip file and WinRAR or WinZip will extract that file, and you will see a folder with all the buttons in that folder, along with the PSD file." (That sentence is still run-on; consider splitting it up.)
"Answer: Not at this time, we might add this feature at a later time, but we don’t offer custom ranks at this time." should be, "Answer: Not at this time. We might add this feature at a later time, but we don’t offer custom ranks at this time."
"Answer: You go to Submit page, fill out the form along with attaching the main zip file for your ranks and submit them." should be, "Answer: You go to the Submit page, fill out the form, along with attaching the main zip file for your ranks, and submit them."
There were quite a few other minor errors, so I'd proofread those.
