Forums dont appear

My forums dont appear on my forum, i have changes the permisssions delteed cookies eevrything.

You haven't set the permissions correctly

if you remove all permissions, nobody can see anything.
Every group has a permission. Admins, mods, gmods, all those fall under the staff permission
members, banned members, things like that fall under the member permission, and so on.
permissions are there so that you, the admin, can modify what groups of members can see what.
do i make sense?
