Pros:
I see that you attempted to fill up all the forums with at least one post, which is a wise move because when I accepted your review, your forum was basically empty. Good choice of style but it overused, good nonetheless. You have a reasonable amount of forums for a forum this new.

Cons:
Erm, you have plenty of forums empty with 0 posts. The logo design doesn't go with the style. You're the only staff on your forums? I think you should start looking for people to be on your staff team, I mean unless of course you plan on providing all promotion services by yourself. Not a unique or creative name. I don't get why there is a "-" in "Introduce-Yourself". Your overall grammar and spelling is pretty off, for example "Why not post a Review here see what are Members say."
