How come you used the same name as this well established promotion board. kinda makes me not want to support you because you could not come up with your own name... Your Lucky this site did not Trade Mark protect the name...
 
Fergal, Can't stop me from using a domain such as Forums Promotion.

There's plenty of other domain names that are like Forum Promotion.

I ain't asking you to support it!?.
 
Well with an attitude like that I sure will not, and I am sure a lot of others will not either. I find it it interesting a promotion board has to go to another promotion board to promote itself; yet at the same time it brags it has the ability to promote others. What a joke.
 
Forum Promotion and Forums Promotion have nothing to do each other. Promotion forums copy FP all the time, Forums Promotion copied the name, it's no different then the other million forums that have copied this forum. I don't understand why you should make a big deal because of just this one forum. Good luck with your forum, Ashley. Try to be creative though, don't be like the other million forums that have copied FP.
 
No, not at all like those boards. But even a staff member here challenged you sometime ago on your name as not original. I have seen your ads on other boards try to pass yourself of as being this site of which you are not. I on the other hand do not advertise as if I am another board where as you do.

That is what I think several people have pointed out to you, not so much the name but how you use it.

By the way, those sites you just shared:

1st link no longer exists, has not for several years
2nd link nothing like a Music Forum in comparison to my Board and several others.
3rd link no longer exists, has not for several years

So next time you Google something in 30 sec, make sure what you share is actually a live link.
 
The forum looks pretty nice to me. 🙂 I will probably be pretty active on this forum good luck with it Ashley.
