I don't really understand the millions of hits part...

Anyway, I would suggest putting your forums into categories and adding a couple of things...
I would also suggest an Off-Topic section which will get your forum going nicely!

No offense, but I can't suggest much cause you don't have much...

If the forum is just a little extra, shouldn't you have posted this in the Promotion Tips forum?

Because you aren't really trying to advertise your forum, are you?

no, my site is a top site list if go on it you will see a forum the forum has a few extra stuff for extra promoteing

First of all, the logo doesn't fit in with the color scheme correctly.

It loos too sickly for me. I just felt Nausia just by looking at it, and because of that, I didn't have the stomach to carry on looking. SOrry

Is it using free hosting (no access to files)?
Because if it is advanced I can suggest a lot of things that can help you.
