I am looking to buy a forum under £29.96 ($56.20)
I will pay via google checkout or paypal
The forum must have quite alot of members
Be active
I want full ownership aswell

Rulerz, this won't end up working. I'm sorry to say that if you cannot make a forum that is active, then you can't buy an active forum and keep it active. It just won't work.

I kind of disagree with you there cK,

For some people starting up a forum can be a nightmare, but they are outstanding once it's up and running. I've seen people try to set up forums and fail horribly, however they've teamed up with an admin of an already established forum and done very well.

This was the case with Power-Ads (well, Blog Promotion) when i opened it, i went through all the hard work of setting it up and bought that Mr.Clark in (i had no idea he was 12 at the time). He did a supprisingly good job all things considered, yet sucked badly at startiong his own forum up.

Anyway not like it matters, you're NEVER going to find an active forum with over 100 members and a few thousand posts for £25.

Why do you not invest those amounts into prize money for a competition?

If an admin ends up selling a forum, there's always a chance the members will leave.

this is true, i think to buy a database alone would cost more tan £30 if you want 100+ members
