To transfer the domain to a place like GoDaddy, it cost (7.99) to do so. But it adds to when the domain expires.

So your asking 15.00 for the domain (expires Jan. 2013) and the person needs to pay the 7.99 for the transfer?

I just want it to be clear on what your asking for.

EDIT: BTW, this domain would make a great site for finding forum staff on. The owner could test people that want to be staff for other sites and write a review on them. Then people looking for staff could come and hire them. Or something like that.
