I personally think it looks bad, Theres no banner, the background is seasonal, and it's not even halloween 😛 It just doesn't look very Professional.

I wouldnt say it looks bad....id say it needs work.
I agree it is unprofessional, it lacks any theme what so ever bar from a halloween look, to attract members you need something easy to navigate and easy on the eye.
