I would suggest you find ways of making the topsite more active and work on ways to get people to use it, The more activity/traffic it gains the more it will be worth 🙂

Yeah that and also you should be using much more sites (not just Forum Promotion, If you are just using this site) try joining some massive webmaster forums and get them to join up this worked for me in the past advertising on huge webmaster sites in sigs and areas like promotion.
