Appearance
The appearance of the board is simple. However, in your case, this is a good thing. The theme looks really nice and does a really nice job in fitting into the niche. One thing that I do like the most is the fact that your categories are split up into tabs, which really makes the board easier to handle scrolling wise. One thing that I did notice was that your logo seems to be a little compacted in your header area of the theme. I like the idea of having the image of the city scape, but I would suggest having a different image that is transparent only because of the color of your background. The font to the logo is a little small too, and is hard to read with the font chosen and again, the size.
Layout
With what I said above about your theme, I really like it. Everything is laid out quite well and looks professional. Here are a few things that I would like to point out:
- The Banner (Read Above)
- Advertisments touching the forum headers. I don't mind ads on sites, but right now, yours are touching the main headers of the forum. Not a big deal, but maybe add some line break tags and center them.
- When reading a thead, the top border is missing from the <divs>. Again, not large, but something to look into.
Other than those, I really don't have anything to point out here.
First Impressions and Interest
What really grabs my attention first off is the module near the top of the forum that is showing the overview of the board. To me, this is really helpful for me as a guest because it allows me to see what your board has to offer right off the bat. As said above, the ads really do put me off for some reason. Not the fact that I have an issue with them, but they way they are being displayed just sets off your theme, which I really like. Something that could grab my attention more is a more pronounced logo. Make it look nice and professional. With a niche like webmaster, having a professional looking logo will set you apart! Again, I really like the fact that you have tabbed your categories which makes it easier to browse the forums and saves on scrolling. Nice job on that part!
Content
The content around the community is nice too. I see your members are using correct English and the posts are of good quality. Seeing that you have been open for a mere two days, I really am not going to see a lot of posts around the board, but where you are now is nice. Keep it up, and you will be set.

Keep up what you are doing. I like where you are heading. Just fix a couple of things, as your forum grow, start introducing more things. Whether it be more features, addons, or even a new theme. I wish you the best of luck!
