First Impressions & Appearance

I love the first impression of this forum, the colours are cool and calming, there's nothing too "in your face" at first glance. There seems to be plenty to grab my interest, I don't want to just click off the homepage. Having spent five minutes browsing the various sections the mini file icons did start to annoy me a little, personally I feel there are too many yellow bits, I would like to see those maybe just represented by a tiny circular colour to highlight a sub forum?

Site Layout

Everything appears to be neat and orderly, nothing goes over board. I would like to see a couple of sub forums added to the Lifestyles section on the actual homepage, at first I wasn't not sure why this is the only section that has the sub boards hidden but seeing the genres inside I can sort of understand it. Some might say you could merge one or two genres together but I feel that your deeper content keeps things separate enough to justify them being individual. I like the fact that you don't have too many navigation buttons, everything I need appears to be there. One downside though, I can't see who the staff members are on the homepage? I have to go looking to find who to contact in an emergency. You have a wide range of styles for members to choose from and I love how non members can choose their own language to be able to view the forum before deciding whether to be a member or not.
I'm not sure how much thought went into your layout but for me you have the balance perfect, it's understated yet very user friendly.

Statistics and Activity

For a forum of 19 days your statistics are really good, 1,878 Posts at 104.33 Posts per day. Over a 24 hour period your traffic has stayed at a high rate too with well over 100 hundred guests viewing at a time. It's a shame that some of those guests are not actually registering or logging on but many forums have that same problem. All genres have at least one post in each section, there is a good balance of posts all over the forum, no single section is dominating the others yet. There are still one or two sub sections that could be filled out a little more, the boys and girls only section have nothing yet?
23 members, 17 of which have been active, it's nice to see that not just the staff have made all those posts in the short amount of time you've been open. An over all good effort.

Staff Moderation

As mentioned above it's difficult to tell at first glance who staff are? I only discovered the staff by clicking on members then team members. You are not over staffed, 2 admin and one Forumz Elite is fine. I'm not quite sure from the name description whether your Forumz Elite is the owner or a moderator though? I noticed that one admin is a recent addition? I don't feel you will need any more staff at this stage so be mindful of hiring others too soon, having 3 high staff makes it over staffed if you want to take on moderators too. One admin has only made 3 posts, this doesn't really reflect well on him/her, members like to see active staff so maybe you can encourage that admin to post more? - Ah I just noticed that the admin called Contest is only there for running contests? I would prefer to see that members title be changed to something more appropriate than admin in that case? I don't see any chaos or incorrect posts so you appear to be maintaining the site well enough. Everyone seems to be polite and posts well structured sentences in their replies.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism

Unfortunately this part of the review is where it lets you down slightly, the first thing I noticed was the lack of capital letters in some sentences. For example "All the Forumz right here! right now!" should read All the Forumz right here! Right now! and "this is the forum too say hi if your new here" should start with a capital letter... some times you've added them other times you haven't? I did also notice the odd spelling mistake, "this is the forum too say hi if your new here" should read "this is the forum too say hi if you're new here" The grammar and punctuation could be spruced up. Your descriptions could do with a little more thought, more punctuation and imagination.

Final Remarks
I like what you have and can see how much thought you have applied to getting this forum going, with just a few tweaks you can have it almost perfect, you have some good posting members who enjoy being there which will hopefully encourage others. I am pleasantly surprised by what I see.

Things to Improve

Spelling, grammar and punctuation for sure, organising the staff members a little better.
