First Impressions & Appearance
When I first visit your forum all I see is your banner, the strong red colour of it is extremely eye catching and the banner can't be missed. Also having the name Forumz as a forum name defiantly tells me what your site is about. When I look away from the banner I am not able to see much content without scrolling down which can be quite off-putting when visiting a forum for the first time. I would make the banner smaller and tone down the colouring of it.
Another thing that bothers me when I first visit the forum is that the content doesn't fit width wise on my screen, being forced to scroll sideways as well as up and down is quite annoying. I would suggest turning off fixed width and using a flexible width instead that adapts to the screen.
When I come on your forum it really makes me happy to see a more unusual forum software, the popular forum softwares are good but a change is also nice. A darker or more one coloured background would make it easier to read the titles though.

Site Layout
The layout is clear and easy to navigate, I can find all the information I need quickly and easily. The numbers next to the category titles are a little irritating and I suggest that you remove them.
In the Intrests and Hobbys sections you have several categories that only have a few topics but a large amount of posts. I would suggest merging some of these together until you have a larger amount of topics for each one, or add some content to them.

Statistics and Activity
One of the first things I notice is the huge amount of guests on your site, 224 guests and 11 members. For a forum that has only been open a few months the total visitor count is good but I do wonder where those visitors are really coming from, if you have been doing traffic loop sites then you may want to be careful with the amount so it doesn't negatively affect your google ranking.
83 members is a completely acceptable member count for a forum of its size and the post count is very good. I would work on getting your posts spread into more topics though as the topic count is lacking compared to the post count.

Staff Moderation
Browsing your forum I don't see any spam which is a good sign, however I only see the administrators posting. I would recommend encouraging your moderators to get more involved in the posts so they get known by the community which will give them more respect. Members are also less likely to start flame wars if they see your moderators around more.
Reading the announcements threads I see a well updated community which is very nice to see!

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
The professionalism of the administrators announcements could do with improvements, although the threads themselves are informative which nearly out rules the professionalism needs there.
I would suggest looking over the Interests and hobbies category for simple things like punctuation and capitals at the beginning of sentences.
