Theme
The theme on your forum is very attractive. Blue is a color that is seen way too much with forum themes, but I think the theme you are currently using looks very nice. All of the different shades of blue look excellent. Also, the effects on the header and the category backgrounds are very attractive. I think all of that looks great. The only thing I dislike is that I feel like that it is weird that the logo and the "Welcome guest! Please Login or Register" text are not lined up with the forum's width. They go past it. I think that looks rather strange.
Board Layout
I really like the simplicity of the board layout. Too many forum owners make the mistake of having way too many boards. I usually think ten to twelve boards is a good amount of boards for a forum starting out, and you do not even have that many. Your forum has eight boards in two categories. I think that is a pretty good amount as of right now, but as your forum grows, I recommend expanding the board layout. In the future, I think it might be good to have a whole "Technology" category, because it is what your forum is supposed to be about.

Statistics & Activity
Based on what I can see, it looks like you opened your forum back on April 30th. That means that your forum has been open for a little over a month now. Your forum currently has 233 posts in 66 threads. Dividing 233 posts by the 34 days your forum has been open, that means your forum averages about seven posts a day. This is not very good, but it looks like activity has been better as of late. So, I am guessing that your forum had a lot of struggles when it first opened. There is an average of about three replies per topic, so it is good that discussions are at least being started. You just need people to reply to these topics. Post exchanges and posting packages are always a great way to keep discussions going. I strongly recommend utilizing the services offered here as time goes on.
Favicon
The favicon matches the forum fine, but you can barely read the text on it. I am guessing it says "FN" on it, but it is difficult to read. It is always difficult to fit text on an image that is 16x16 in pixels, but you should be able to fit two letters on it easily. You can look at this forum's favicon for an example of a pretty nice way of fitting two letters on a favicon. If you need help with getting a favicon, you can request a favicon through the graphics marketplace. Favicons do not require a lot of effort, so it would not cost very much FP$. I like that you have your forum's initials on the favicon though! That is good, but I also feel like the favicon color scheme could match the header and the logo better.
Final Remarks:
I think FouxNation is a very interesting forum. I had never even heard of the forum until this review, but it looks like it could have the potential to be a successful forum. It has an excellent theme and a growing member base, so the sky is the limit. Good luck!
