You visit a web host, there are few categories it asks you to choose from...you choose "Newbie"

Upon clicking that link, in the new page, what information do you expect to see/read. Remember, newbie means you are looking to open your personal site/blog and have no idea where to start.

I would outline what hosting is, tell the difference between free and paid hosting. Along with the pros and cons of each. After that I would tell them about blogs, forums, and regular websites. How content management system can help them build a site with easy. If the host provides softilicous or fantastico in the cpanel, that it will guide them in setting up a CMS easily. You could even point them to a few guides(using links) that you know of or have yourself on starting up a website. (I have a guide on my 2 signature link that can help them start up a forum.) Just some ideas.
