I suggest you get a new skin. That skin doesn't look very nice. Also I think you should make it more into a General Discussion forum(if that's what it is, no one can be sure lol) or a Technology forum since that's what it seems like. The forum sections are alright really it's just that the General Discussions category has too much forums inside it. you should shorten it to at least 5/6 boards by putting the less popular forum sections as subforums.

The first thing I noticed is your page title. Currently, it's ' Index Pacg * ShareYourExp ' maybe change it to ' ShareYourExp * Home ' or something along those lines.

Also, I struggle to see what type of a forum it is. Is it for talking about everything, or am I missing something?

Whats wrong with "everything" forum? It's about sharing your experience in life, and life is full of different 'categories' and so on...

(Cash sent)

About the new theme, got any color ideas? Ligt, dark...colorful...?

If your forum system is able to support a multi-theme switcher, I would suggest doing so.

Lighter themes generally suggest excitement, action, etc.

Darker themes, I have found, suggest darker moods and personalities, often involved with technology, games, more mature themes, etc. (don't go TOO mature)

Weigh your options, and above all, get feedback from your users.
Poll topics come in VERY handy.

Advertise. MySpace and Facebook can both be auto-updated by Twitter now, so if you have all 3, you have access to a lot of advertising capability.

YouTube is great, especially for putting up a video that advertises your site and it creates a commercial "theme" or style for your site as well. (Truthfully, I need to get one made and put it up for my site.)

If you have nothing against joining other forums, some forums have an advertising section as well, although some require a certain amount of posts.

I'm using Twitter and Facebook and others. It only gives me some traffic, no members.

The issue with this is just the same as the issue with no members. What if you have no followers on Twitter or no fans on Facebook? The issue just starts over again, so what do you suggest? There isn't any "advertising capability" at all if that is the case, and is most likely the case.

I use my own Facebook account.
On Twitter I have 256 followers atm...

What features I should add? Arcade...? What are my options here?

To be honest, the best thing you can do is keep posting. You can lead a number of people to your site, but without enough content, they're not going to stay.

So, I would recommend doing some exchanges (post4post, FP for post, etc) and getting some activity rolling, because I really don't see much problem with your appearance and organisation. There's always a chance that somebody will stick around your forum after an exchange as well.
