I am hoping I can get someone to walk me through how to load a new banner on my vbulletin 4 forum. All I have to offer is FP$ to anyone who can help me with this. The forum service I was using admin village is under new ownership and does not appear to be offering these services anymore or may just be way behind but I am in need of getting this done as soon as possible.
