Not available in my country, but to be fair, I also think that the look and feel of it could use a little work. If it's telling me it's not available in my country, it should still look nice and inviting. It's not compelling me to want to come back and check for that Irish version that it claims will be available later. 😉
Tried it. I like the idea, although I think a few improvements could be made to make the website a bit more visually appeasing 😉. Do you get any commission for directing the users to Just Eat?
The website is still a work in progress, I was bored one night and made it in a couple hours but I will improve the look and SEO when I get a chance.
I don't get any commission from Just-Eat, I made it because I've had difficulties deciding where to order before so thought it would help me even if no one else uses it.
At this moment Just-Eat support Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Norway, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. I've only added UK support right now.
As for countries like USA I will add integration with GrubHub or any alternative service.
I was planning to also have it show reviews for the chosen takeaway and also suggest a few items from the takeaway's "most popular" section. I have yet to find any further time to do this.
I tried it out. My suggestion is that there should be more options when you type in a post code because I only got one. It is a good idea though. Maybe add food preferences as well.
There's an advanced options part that will allow you to select a minimum star rating and what categories of food you would like but this is still a work in progress.
The food choices it shows you is limited to what takeaways are willing to deliver to your postcode through Just-Eat.
I do plan on adding more features to this soon though, thanks for feedback 🙂
Do you get more results when you manually search the Just-Eat website? if so could you PM me the postcode you entered so I can check it out and see why it's not fetching more.
Oh sorry, do you mean that the website only tells you 1 location? that's the idea of it. I was thinking of adding a respin option but it defeats the idea of it telling you what to go for.
I think a few have suggested it showing more than 1 so I may add that if it's what people would like
