I think that you could get a new skin, something that looks more "Gamey". I also think you could cut down on the forums.

I think that instead of changing the theme to MysticJade (a very ugly theme imo), I think you should have gotten a better banner, and stuck with Dark Fantasy

If you take a look at my forums, I am using a theme that is based on Dark Fantasy (it's called Dark Night), and you can change the style.css however you like.

I'm adding Dark Fantasy to my forum soon 🙂
