Looks more like a webmaster forum offering administration discussion to fellow admins, so not to sure on the domain, I would reccommend getting a co.cc domain, completely free of charge and possibly free web-hosting. Also not to clear on the fact that why a General Discussion board would be positioned at the start of the board, also link to the sites at the very bottom of the board they should be moved up so sites can gain more activity. I would recommend filling up the board with at least 200 pre-posts, re-considering the content of the site & recruiting staff members, but good luck with your boards.
