This is a forum that has just opened. Hope to see you guys around.
 
Think about it this way.

Forum owners wants to advertise their website on forums where there are visitors. Without visitors, what's the point of signing up on a promotion forum to advertise?

My suggestions :

  • Do some post exchanges or active/active exchanges.
  • Ask friends to help post and make your forum active.
  • Start interesting threads for others to reply to.
  • Add all the sections in the forum to the index, instead of tabs to click ( annoying ).

Yeah as said above. Just make some posts in all of the sections. Refer some of your friends and do some more promotion.

Also, make sure that you and your future staff take a look at everyone's thread from the promotion areas and comment on each member's thread for promoting their forums/websites.

That way, guests sees that real users are actually visiting the forums/websites promoted in your forum, so they'll sign up to promote to get these visitors.
