Pros:
-You have a very nice looking theme! It's polished and gentle on the eyes.
Cons:
-Your header is gigantic! You may wish to cut down the size of your header if possible. It takes up one entire page and a quarter of another page on the 1280 x 800 resolution when "Welcome" is highlighted. It can be annoying for users to have to scroll this far to see the content of your web site.
-Your index is
extremely long! You may wish to merge/delete some forums. Not only will it make your forum look more active by leading to less forums with more posts in them, but it will also condense your index and decrease the amount of scrolling involved in navigating your forum.
-Nearly all of your forums are empty! This makes your forum look inactive to prospective members, which is never something you want. I would recommend at least making one thread (even if it's just an announcement or rule post) in each of the empty forums.
-Your forum lacks a logo or banner. This does little to make your forum stand out from others.
-Your stats (posts/members) are extremely low! This makes your forum appear very inactive to prospective members. I would recommend doing some post exchanges to give your forum some startup posts.
