Free banner designer application?

Does anyone knows about any free banner designer?

I would recommend you use Photoshop or Gimp for making banners . Banner makers are available but they won't give you what you want . For creativity try out the above two .

I really do now like banner maker because most of the time they have a wastermark or stamp at the bottom

I always use GIMP for banners, graphics, images, etc. A really great program, and it's free! 🙂

http://cooltext.com/ has a few interesting logo makers which you can use online, but it is kind of limited.

I recommend Gimp and Paint.net.
