Ok, up to you .. I would probably make a new layer for the gradient but that's just me 🙂 good luck!

it's pretty easy once u get used to it... all u got to do it fill a selection with one color then select about half of it, and fill it with white with an opacity of about thirty-ish
as for the frame just go to selection "grow" by about 2-3... then new layer and fill it up with a dark or light gradient...

Hmmm alright but I wouldn't reccomend reflection AND shadow... the rank gets way too big
(The reflection increases the hight, and the shadow increases the hight and width)

but I can always fix them back if u want 🙂
