I dont know if this is the right area so move it if its not please admins?

Basically anyone that joins my forum and becomes a regular poster and asks nicely I will set you up a blog (wordpress prolly) of your own you can use. This is mainly because i like to read peoples blogs and has always been the way on my forums but I thought I would mention it here in case theres people out there who always wanted a blog.

What's stopping people from just creating a blog at Wordpress.com?
PS. It's nice that you're offering to host people's blogs, btw.
