Free/Cheap web design and PHP coding

Hello, I have some extra spare time on my hands and have decided to offer my services for free and for a fee (via paypal)

Web design
I'll make you a website for your forum, company and such like. All my designs are valid to XHTML 1.0 Strict, CSS, optimised for search engines and designed to be accessible as possible.

Previous work includes:

- http://www.justfreetemplates.com
- http://community.spyka.co.uk (VB skin)


I will offer two packages:

For FREE:
I will create your site for free HOWEVER:
- Required link back
- Website design will be released under CC 2.5 license for other users to download for their site

For Paid
I will create your site for an agreed fee. The design and all copyrights will be yours and not redistributed.

PHP and web scripting
I am looking to create SMALL php/javascript scripts for users by request. Like above my work includes:

- http://www.spyka.net (Content Management System, codes database system)
- http://www.awesomestyles.com (CMS, Upload, User login, resource database, Ajax rating, Ajax up/down, hit counters)
- http://www.justfreetemplates.com (same as above)

Again I offer two packages:

For Paid
I will create the script for set fee and it'll be yours alone to do as you wish.

Remember that I'm only looking to write small applications!

I think it would be best to wait for spyka to answer. I would be interested in this if it were still availble.

I am sure he meant to put "set fee" rather than "set free". Though, like you mentioned, best to wait for his response to the answer. Even though I can do some, if not the same work, just saying if anyone needs help or has a project and he is not around.

well you would need hosting to download and upload a phpBB forum.

he means creating a cms or website coded in php and you just simply upload it to your server/hosting after he has recieved payment.

php isn't short for phpbb although phpbb is using php

php is a computer language
phpbb is a forum software

I could upload a phpbb and install it setup etc if you want?
