Didn't warn me!!!
I spent a whole day on my site, and I was just about to release it, and poof, nothing there.
I have backups of the sql, the forum, and the files, I just don't know how to use em -🙁

It's not difficult as long as you have the files, just upload your DBs though phpmyadmin at your new host, upload your php files and then change your config file to point to the new DB 🙂

I've got liams MSN, I'll ask him next time I catch him on whats going on.

I think He is gonna Shift all the Sites and Files to a New server Because , people have some DNS errors entering the cpanel and their site sometimes , since they have dedicated servers.
