It's says that I'll get on free domain with my package but on my bill it charges me 15$ for my domain.


Also, it says total due $157.56.. I have to pay this all at one time? Can I not pay monthly?

The first plan does not provide a free domain.

In order to pay monthly, you must choose the $7.16 per month option. The $157.56 option means you pay that upfront for three years (+ the domain), but when you divide it up monthly, it costs less. It's a marketing concept.
