I'll make 15 nice posts (not "high quality" but I'll try to contribute and not do lame stuff) on your forum but in exchange I want to be able to leave a link back to my forum in the signature.

So to be eligible for this, you need to:

1) Allow dofollow links in your member's signatures.
2) Allow me to link back to my forum after I make the 15 posts.

Finished AdminBB and HCNET, starting on the next.

Both were nofollow, but I convinced HCNET to switch to dofollow and maybe AdminBB will switch too.
