It's when forums are disabled from receiving too many posts and the owner not having enough points.
Mokeli, you know very well why your account is disabled. You tried to abuse the system, and that is not welcome at Postloop. What you did was deliberate and intentional and you therefore lost your privilege to use Postloop.
Taz - your account is disabled because you tried to circumvent Mokeli's ban by submitting his forum for him.
These things will not be tolerated at Postloop, sorry. Postloop is an awesome service for forum owners, and the forum owners who use it should respect that and not mistreat it....otherwise they will be shown the door.

So now that I have postloop on my forum, do I just go on the forums listed on the website and just register and post? Or is there specific instructions for me to get points? Also how much work do I have to do to earn 1 point?

Go onto a forum at the top of the list and register.
Then go back to postloop and click on the man with the green + next to him, and you should get a page like this:
As soon as that's verified, just post away!
On average you get 1 point for 1 post. Your rating (determined by the admins at the forums you've subscribed to) control whether you get an extra .5/.25/.35 of a point per post.
Essentially it's 1:1 post exchange, but with the possibility of getting extra!
For example, I've posted 119 times, and gotten 354 back so far.
Then go back to postloop and click on the man with the green + next to him, and you should get a page like this:

Make sure you subscribe to the forum before you start posting.
If you don't know how:
Click on view forums
find the forum that you want to post on/already are posting on
Look to the right and find the Man with the green +
Click it
Fill in the Login name you used for the forum
Fill in the email address you used for the forum
Enjoy!

You've done everything correctly up to this point - now you just wait for somebody to subscribe. It might happen today, or it might happen a week from now. Postloop users have complete freedom to subscribe to any active forum in the list that they would like. They are encouraged to subscribe to forums closer to the top of the list because they'll earn more points there.
