Is there any free forum hosts where you can use the supernova theme and have a quick reply button using PHPBB3?

Free hosts are bad, yea... You can use any free host and install your own phpBB and add everything you want.
 
Remember that not everyone has the money to buy premium hosting.
 
There are tons of free hosts!
www.HostJiffy.com is very nice. You have to make only few posts per month and you will have unlimited web-space and free script installers (in cPanel).
 
Tikolah.com is a great P2H. If you need any help installing I'm sure none of us would mind helping 😀

kudos for such a productive post.

Free hosts work fine and they don't even know how to install so they might as well learn it all on a freebie.

You ain't gonna learn anything from a free hst but don't go back to them.

Sure go throw away a sum of money for a site you don't even know how to start. Sure move to paid once you're steady but to start there is not a thing wrong with a P2H like Tikolah who will provide you everything you need to start.
 
If Forum Promotion is becoming a stuck-up community with an angry mob of paid forum-hosting users who treat free forum-hosting users like sh!t, then I'm not going to be a part of this forum anymore. Remember people, not everyone can afford paid hosting. And sometimes, free hosting is the best path for users who are now starting a forum. I'm getting sick of everyone downgrading free forum hosting in general. It's pitiful that this community is trying to run people out just because many of us are free hosted. Get over yourselves. I don't care if you're on paid hosting or free hosting; it means nothing to me. All that matters to me is the well-design of the forum and the idealistic community. FP only has one of the those essentials.

There are free webhosts available. Free Forum Hosts offer no control. If you use a free webhost, you can install any software you want, add any features you want and you can make your own backups at will and it doesn't cost a penny.

You may say that you go with a free forum host because you have no money but web hosting doesn't have to either.
 
Free hosts are bad and clearly are not as good as paid hosting, but in all fairness chucking yourself in at the deep end when you don't know what your doing is a bad idea. As per the terms though Supernova isn't allowed to be installed on free hosts for some stupid reason. I think you should do some research and learn a bit of coding to get to grips with it and then start a proper forum.
