Free FP Cash for Newbies!

I'd like to request some FP Cash, if I may. At the moment I have less than 25 posts and am also below the 100 FP max requirement. If I recieved the FP Cash, I would spend it on the advertising services FP has to offer, as soon as I have my forum in "advertisable" condition.
