Free Hosting (Unlimited)

It's only illegal if the host has something against it (such as ProBoards, or some phpBB hosts that offer a paid database copy).
What he said.

I know SMF has a converter for alot of free forums. However they had to remove proboards from it due to the owner of proboards.

Its where you can put your own blog and forums an other stuff online, like this forum is being hosted, because the forum is practically on a server.

Can I request the unlimited hosting, but not actually use it for some time (a couple of weeks, tops)? I plan on doing a blog project with some friends, but it still needs some organisation.

But the hosting would really help. Does this support Blogger/Google Adsense?

"Blogger" software is 100% custom to Blogger.com, and is the sole property of Google. You cannot host a "Blogger" powered blog on any hosting other than the hosting provided by Google. The blog platform of choice these days is WordPress, a free and open source blogging software. A few noticeable blogs, including dWhite's Webmaster's Blog is powered by WordPress.

Adsense on the other hand can be set up on almost any hosting platform (I don't have an account, so I don't know the rules...). However this host should support it.

On a personal note, I recommend you do not use this hosting. Not only is there no such thing as "unlimited" and they are overselling, but a few of the leaders have been caught up on several illegal things. I wouldn't want to rely on a host and then have it shut down a few days later because the admin was caught doing something highly illegal (hacking, defacing, spamming, ect). I'd say either use Blogger.com or FI.ST.
