CPanel 11 has a XSS Exploit. Dont know if it matters, just a heads up.

With Trap17 you do. They have a new system up where you post for unlimited hosting, VPS, Domains, stuff that any hosting company offers. And if you post good posts like mine are 😉 you could get a domain for 50 posts or so, and unlimited hosting for about 75 posts a month. Its good if you like to post.

If you are still looking for a 'free host' I still stand firmly by http://novahost.org

Also, all you need to do to get gold is either pay or get 200 posts on their forum.
There's not nearly enough downtime like other free hosts.
C panel 11 + Fantastico is also included.
In my opinion, this is your best bet.
