Not sure if the guy is, but I know the site is. They make everything very difficult to withdraw. It took me 7 months just to get a dollar bill. I submitted a support ticket every other week. I do not recommend the site, waste of time. Some are successful with it, but it's mainly to encourage them to get referrals to bring more people in.
