Here at AndroidChat we have teamed up with WIRED to offer members a free SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 as part of our competition.

To celebrate the recent opening of our forums and as we dont yet have we are offering you the chance to win a number of prizes and all you have to do is either reffer members or post on our forums, Easy right?

For each 10 posts you make on the forum you will receive 1 AC COIN, and for each member you reffer you will receive 5 AC Coins. At the end of the competition 30th May 2010 at 10AM the member with the most AC COINS will win and the various other prizes will go to members with the next highest points tally.

If the winner does not live in the Uk they can certainly choose another prize - we have had alot of feedback from members outside the UK and are happy to fofer 4 .com domains and 12 months VPS as an alternative.

This is completly seperate from any webhosting company, the VPS is from Hostgator as already mentioned its provided by someone else.

Tht will teach you to back up your data in the future wont it? also to host your "important" forum on a free service is laughable shows how much you cared about it. If it was that important, you would have paid for hosting.

I was not paying money but your VPS was not "free". We worked out a deal but that doesn't really matter now. Also, you have not mentioned "hostgator" anyway in your post - I'm no mind-reader. Anyway, I learned my lesson to never take easy hosting from anyone. I now purchase my VPS and dedicated servers from a well reputable web host.

Now back to the point. What's really important and making me iffy about your contest, is that you might just close down without warning like your web host (or sell the forum). You did not care to contact anyone warning them about what happened (until you had another web host which you wanted to promote here that I think no longer exists) and what's worst is that I was a member of staff at your VPS forum (you could have at least answered my email or given out your correct phone number Via WhoIS).

One more thing.. You're hitting me hard with lines.. Don't forget, you're giving away something "free" again.. I'd like to see what lines you use for the next person...
