I don't usually trust new sites unless it has a good reputation from people who are already members. It's up to you if you want to use it. It might say no adware or spyware or anything of the sort, but I'm usually pretty leery with joining up with brand-new sites like that, especially if it's new and I don't quite know the reputation of it just yet. See if you can read some of the already published reviews from some members/customers who are frequent users to the site, and see where it goes from there.
 
I don't trust it because it's new.
Also the Reviews are obviously from the Staff Members pretending to be a Customer.
 
The question shouldn't be "is this fake?". It should be "is this reliable?". It's real, but I don't think it's reliable.
 
Most of that stuff is junk. Just do the SEO work yourself and you can be sure it is right. There is a ton of SEO advice here on FP and there a million sites out there with information to help you. Wait excuse me, google has 134 million sites under "SEO" 😀
