Appearance
When I first clicked into your website, I was pleased to see a professional, clean layout. Considering your website is trying to sell a service, a professional look is extremely important for attracting customers. I did however have one problem when I first looked at your site - the lack of a clear site name. You told me that your website's name is "Free SEO Tools", however, on your website I only see "rapidseotools.com", "RapidSEOTools", and "Free SEO and Webmaster Tools" (which appears to reference the "free" tools below it). The only mention of Free SEO tools is at the tail end of what appears on my browser tab. Additionally, while your logo seems pretty professional, it lacks that "pop" that makes it stand out a bit. It also seems to have a white line around it that makes it not appear as sharp as one may like. Here is my suggestion: Whatever your sites name is, change the site name so that on my tab it reads "Free SEO Tools | SEO and Webmaster Tools" and then change your forum logo to match your websites name (ie Free SEO Tools). That way, your brand appears throughout your website.
Layout
As mentioned previously, your website has a very professional layout. This may be the strongest part of your website. It is very easy to navigate throughout your site. I have a couple of suggestions however. First, I would get rid of the navigation table, because only "home" is active in it and one can easily click your logo to go home. Unless you feel like you will be adding any more content in there, I would get rid of that section. I would also then move up the Categories/Navigation boxes on all pages when clicking on services offered so that it lines up with your navigation tree. Small change, but visually looks nicer. One last thing, I would move your social media buttons to a different spot on the page, perhaps beneath or ever in the links column. They won't look as "out of place" there, in my opinion. Overall, your website has strong layout.
Statistics and Activity
As your website is a service website, I will not be able to really give you too much advice here. I cannot judge how much activity your website is receiving. I will primarily be skipping this part of the review for this very reason. The only thing I could mention would be the lack of activity on the Facebook and Twitter share buttons versus the Google+, however this appears relatively minor.
Content
Your content appears to be pretty good. Your website offers a wide variety of services that will surely help any website/forum understand their SEO statistics more. It appears to me that you have all the services that a customer would be interested in, and for free! A quick testing of some of your services proofs that they have the ability to be effective to your consumers. Great job! One thing that I highly recommend to add to the service pages (each individual page) is a little more detail as to what this service does and how it is effective for your site, and how to improve it. Another major thing is that some of your content seems to duplicate others. For example, you have an Alexis rank and a Page rank and a PageHeat rank service for your users, and then you have a Site Rank checker that combines all three. You can easily remove some of this. As far as future content, perhaps you could write articles regarding how to optimize your SEO, and give tips and tricks towards your users. Perhaps another minor suggestion is to make all of the icons for each image a bit more uniform (such as with an icon set). It is relatively minor to do so, however it will further your site's overall appearance.
Organisation and SEO
As mentioned in layout, your organization is fantastic. Everything seems logical and easy enough to navigate through. One thing I would look into changing is to reorder some of your sections so that the services are listed in a more logical order. It is a relatively minor thing, however it will be more helpful for your users. For example, on the Website Rank section of your services, I would list Page Rank before Fake Rank, since you would expect it to be a more popular service and because Fake Rank is basically a modified version of Page Rank. Improving stuff like that will improve your organization.
