What is your stance on free speech? I am an absolutist and believe in unrestricted freedom of speech for all.

Some countries have it, but its limited. Even in America, freedom of speech isn't enforced. I say that because people can easily be provoked by words into doing someone bodily harm or losing their job based on their commentary and opinions. I could say a whole list of offensive things to a stranger and see if they meet me out in the park lot to give me a beat down. So really, freedom of speech is nonexistent because it has consequences.

Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from the consequences. I believe freedom of speech is violated when you will be in trouble with the law for saying certain things. It is not against your freedom of speech to be beaten up for saying something, the person providing said beating would be in violation of the law and would receive appropriate punishment. I do agree that absolute freedom of speech does not exist in the US but it is a lot better than in Europe that's for sure.

I’m a radical. I beleive it should be illegal to deny someone services, to impact their employment or career, or to refuse to deal business with someone over speech matters. People should be free to criticize others over their speech, but i think it is important culturally that we accept peoples’ opinions without hatred.

A lot of people's opinions are vile and mean. For instance, commenting on someone's bathing isn't the same as saying their overweight. In that case, on private property, I can't blame owners for restricting freedom of speech so that people aren't offended.
