I think its real, I know a website that offers free traffic exchange. I was suspended twice when I was doing unethical ways with their services, By that I can tell that they are really doing a serious monitoring on the traffic exchange.

Some places promise that the viewers will spend more time on the target websites. I mean, if they aren't spending much time, what good is it? But note, I could be wrong.

In the site I'm talking about I need to stay in a website for 20sec. before I can proceed to next website. Sometimes I do like it because i'm seeing different website design and sometimes I get an idea like features from it. 🙂

No offense, I don't want to let you down, but targeted anime traffic is better. but would cost, of course.

yep, I know how difficult it is. I'm also not expecting to get more traffic on my forum.
I also believed that traffic-exchange & paid traffic is not good for SEO and adnetworks?
I'm using this traffic-exchange tool to some of my affiliates and other online jobs. 🙂
