Free vBulletin 4 Styles (Themes)

Does anyone know where it would be possible to find some "free" vBulletin 4 styles (themes)? Ideally I'm looking for something not so bright, but not to dark either.

I've seen some on vBulletin.org and even used a few, but there is not much there that I find eye catching.

Was not always so. But since vBulletin has made it hard to release new themes and keeps coming out with new releases less then 1 month a part... All of which seem to "kill" themes.... Many have stop even producing anything (included the better pay sites).
