What about Support or Upgrades?

All Free VPS Servers are upgradeable at a monthly cost (physical money, not posts) and you can upgrade anything from the Hard Disk, Bandwith, IP'S, RAM.

Support is provided on a basic management plan and you will get help via our support suite if needed for supported software installs such as cPanel or common scripts, we shall also handle free reboots and OS reloads.

VPS Management Panel?

Your VPS will be controled by the industrys leading VPS control Panel "vePortal", from within there you can reboot, reinstall your OS, and modify your VPS even if the actual VPS server is down.

Why cant you open your eyes before commenting alot of crap that you no nothing about? Maybe see the response I added to the other topic of mines you spammed?

Also if you had a valid argument with the word "clients" you would have another example, instead of just a single example making your statement also false.

I dont thinkso and neither do our real clients who we respect and who keep us alive, just check our review forum and our support section where every client gets the best support, so I think you have failed there.
 
Thats just one i found at a first glance and tbh i think its very unproffesinal the way you handle things. Hurling abuse in a public forum for all clients and potential clients to see dosnt make me think that your hosting service is something i could rely on, you have a great pitch to sell your hosting to someone but then when we take a look further we can see how un-proffesinal it really is

Well I am sorry for the way I come to, but

A - Clients dont mind, if they did they would have said.

B - We have been around since 2009, so my attitude obviously hasn't dampered my companys reputation.

And most importantly, C - We provide a service which we dont have to do for free, for peoples benefits and for people who cannot afford hosting, if potential clients do not approve they dont have to join our community its simple, we already have a vast client base who are extremely happy with the service we provide. I and my staff give up our time openly because we love to provide hosting, not for money or we would be a premium host, but for the enjoyment of seeing people happy with hosting.

Well maybe it might be a good thing to handle situations with a milder manner in the future, as i saw your ad here and thought "wow what a great offer" went to your forums and saw things like that and it really put me off.
 
Well as I said appologies if is offputting, but I am not being nice to spammers and people who waste our time by not reading the rules which are clearly stated, I would go easy on a foreigner due to the language barrier, not someone who has a great grasp of the english language.

Anyway stop dwelling on that one matter There is 50x positive topics in that section where members get top class support.

Im certainly not going to loose sleep if someone isnt happy with the way I come across, when I am providing a service out of our own companys pocket to users for free.

End of argument, no more please as I have already reported this - if you have an issue deal with me via PM not clog up my topic.

That post was actually based at me, I don't really mind, I think he just didn't understand what I said. I reckonmend Crunch-Host.

I would never buy your hosting, all due to your shitty support and attitude. I know well over 100 web masters and I am known on plenty of large forums with really popular webmaster sections, no worries, you won't be getting a lot of customers anytime soon.
 
Nice to know Xypher, I see it hasnt worked though - Still growing.

Nice to know you have nothing better to do with your time, and ill correct you you wouldnt be buying hosting anyway we are a free host 🙂

Reserve your judgment for someone who cares, you are not a customer of ours so cannot comment on our support, you cant see our ticket system can you?
 
I did not see any points in that hosting could make me and you - Xypher inconvenients and uncomfortable. Althought i did not try that hosting service but it's a good hosting. I am a hosting provider and i could realize which is bad or good hosting. And Crunch-Host is a good hosting :great: Keep your works up. Don't mind about others people say 🙂

No problem, i'm not actually an owner. I'm just a management of tiny hosting services (two post2host sites) but now they're the past (already dead 🙁) I'm still looking for new stable hosting to move but it's too difficult in these days...
