Nope, A good line to remember... "You get what you pay for" Most if not ALL free web hosts clutter as much if not all servers they have so they gain more money, And you gain less resources.

Nope, but WebHostingFox had an upgrade, but provides limited free plans, so get in quick before they run out. 😉

SiteFrost is reasonable. I use it and haven't had any trouble with it.
