Free web host with sendmail

Well it need to be a sub domine and like my current on newsit.es needs to have 2mb+ file size as one of the phpbb3 files is over 1mb
 
I don't need an email I need a web host, as my one is changing owners and i messed up my forum
 
Oh sorry I didnt read it proply. This one is ok http://www.x10hosting.com/ which is cpanel hosting with no ads and it has email accounts etc.
You can install a website builder on it and you can do it in that. Ive had a little try of it and its quite good. I cant think of anyothers though
